These terms govern your access to and use of Tcho Charts. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. The service
Tcho Charts lets you upload supported files, generate and edit data visualizations, and export results according to your plan. Features, limits, and supported formats may evolve. You remain responsible for reviewing generated analyses and charts before relying on or publishing them.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the files, prompts, data, and charts you submit or create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for your content.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, bypass security or usage limits, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use outputs to mislead others about material facts.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid features are billed at the price and interval shown when you subscribe. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Our intellectual property
The service, software, brand, interface, and related materials are owned by Tcho Charts or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer our intellectual property rights.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep Tcho Charts reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service and generated results are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights.
8. Liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, Tcho Charts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, or unlawful use. You may stop using the service and cancel your account at any time.
9. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes and will give appropriate notice of material updates. Applicable law and courts are determined by the provider’s place of establishment, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions may be sent to contact@tcho.ai.
